Fall 2019 Teaching Plan 1st Grade Afternoon Class Mrs. Fang is an associate professor of finance at Illinois Institute of Technology, and she is a mom of a 6-year old daughter who has attended Dong Fang Chinese School for two years. She loves kids and enjoys teaching kids Chinese. Her teaching philosophy is to create fun environment for the little kids to learn. She joins the faculty group with the goal to build strong Chinese foundation for our kids and help them gain more confidence in speaking and writing Chinese. 方老师在伊利诺伊理工大学任教。她加入东方中文学校是因为她的女儿从四岁起就开始在这里上课。方老师喜欢孩子，更希望让我们的孩子能够在快乐的环境系学习中文，说中文。她加入教师队伍希望能帮小孩子打好中文基础，建立对说中文的乐趣和信心。
